Brian is the founder and CEO of Synapse Software, makers of the Cortex Archive Platform. Cortex provides a faithful archive for ITSM data from many leading, legacy, and EOL ITSM platforms so companies can focus on building for the future without compromising due to the decisions of the past. He lives with his wife, three cats, and dog in northwest Washington state and enjoys hiking, boating, fishing, and playing electric guitar and bass.
